I built this Spartan for a friend who owns a local gun shop here in town, it is all made from one fence board and a small piece of ply. I cut out all of the pieces and then painted them, nailed them to a scrap piece of 1/2" ply, wood burned, and carved the stars out. Then finished it with a matte finish.
