I have three young children - a 5 year old son and twin 3 year old daughters. After building a deck in our backyard, my son started asking for a treehouse. We didn’t have a good tree for a treehouse, so I had him help me with the design of a fort... which he calls his “HQ”. We worked on this together, and it’s the new neighborhood kid hang out :)

  • I LOVE that you had the kids help design and help build it...great idea. I'm def putting this one away when (if) I have grandkids. You've not only built an HQ for them and their friends, but you've built memories for a lifetime!

  • Hi, this is amazing! We have been looking to build our boys a “fort” for our backyard and this is exactly what we were thinking. For some reason it doesn’t have the project specs or printable project. Do you have this information by any chance?
