Wife saw an Etsy listing for scrabble wall tiles. I told her I could do it for half the cost. Twice the cost later and here is the final piece. I cut 1x5 (4 1/2 x 3/4) pine down to 4 1/2 squares. Routed the edges. Stained. Purchased a Cricut to make stencils. Painted the stencils White. Screwed together with pocket screws. And gave it a clear coat finish. Took a few weeks, but if I did it without stopping I’d say it could be done in a weekend. The drying takes the longest time.
