I designed these toolboxes in Fusion 360 with parameters so I could make a single design, only modify the height, and have all the other dimensions scale accordingly. They're made from 1/4in baltic birch plywood, the hardware is all from McMaster-Carr, and the foam is Kaizen foam. The foam was surprisingly very easy to cut with a router for all the various cutouts, although it was very messy (dust mask and goggles recommended). The internal dimensions are 26" x 16" and stacked up with the wheeled cart it stands 33" tall. I can roll these boxes from the shop to the garage and always have all my tools close by no matter what project I'm working on!
