Rustic Wine Barrel Table

I located an old wine barrel, and decided to make a coffee table out of it, where I could hide my kids toys when company comes over..haha...I took an old barrel and cut it in half, framed out the top, and made a base for it. I then installed an oak top with some hinges, and gave the barrel and base, a matte clear. The oak table top, I used a gloss clear to really bring out the grain. Turned out to be a great looking table.
