I wanted to add a rustic pumpkin to my Halloween decor and had a pallet sitting around. This pumpkin is really easy. Set a few slats of wood next to each other, trace a pumpkin shape onto the wood. Use a jig saw and cut out the pattern. Drill holes in the slats and tie the wood together with wire. I applied a few layers of different paint colors, sanded the dry paint to make it rustic, then stained the paint to give it a rich look.
