A good friend of mine purchased some land with a mobile home on it, needless to say it was in rough shape. Trash, bugs, leaky roof and anything else you could think of either needed to be replaced or rebuilt. TIME TO GET TO WORK! I ended up putting up the sheet metal on the roof, replacing subflooring, installing flooring, doors, trimming out the doors/windows/floor trim, installing ceiling lights/ cabinets/ tile(inside restroom and in kitchen area), painting, drywall removal/ repair/installation, sink installation and added on a section of the wall in kitchen to make room for a bar!

    • Thank you!! I've done a few actually, iam just missing some completion pictures on a few projects. I really enjoy the satisfaction of looking at the completed work, especially after i splurge on some new ryobi toys to get the job done!!
