I got a house that was in bad shape the people that we're living in it did not take care of it. Their was holes in the walls and the carpet was a wreck. So I ripped the carpet out. Put down a nice floor, and put up a reclaim wood boarder then stands it to match the floor. I used all reclaim wood even for the trim work. I used my ryodi table saw to make the trim. A couple of rip cuts on some old 2x4 and putting everything together made the room look new.

  • I really love that. that is a great idea. with the new floor and the half wall it looks super nice. looking at you work really makes me want to do some remodeling to my home. I do not have all the tools you have. can i use just a hand saw to make all the cuts?

  • I need to follow you. Do you have a Facebook, or a YouTube channel? On your next project you should really show all the middle work. I also see you have reclaim wood. What dose that ? Like pallet wood? I see a lot of people do some really different things with it. Some good some not so good. This however I like. I am with deer run on this one I think I will try this.

  • I have a face book. Trey Schmidt I am normal the first one that comes up. I don't have any wood working on their. It is some pallet wood. I like to mix some of that in. I think the nails, and other flaws give it a cool look. Thank you to all the votes and comments.
