Reclaimed Dining Table

I used the last of my reclaimed wood that I saved from the dumpster to make a dining table top. After cleaning it up, I planned it and ran it through the jointer. I joined the top using biscuits and doweled the breadboard ends to allow for seasonal movement. For the base I designed a simple H leg base, then ran into an issue when my half lap joints snapped and changed the design to what is pictured. I finished the base with milk paint and left the top natural with just poly-acrylic.
