  • Apologies for the response delay.

    The overall dims are 34 inches wide and 42 inches high.  The pallet-wood sections are 3.25 inches wide and I chose a 7 inch long step at each level. On the back are one long center piece for the trunk, 4 other short vertical and a couple horizontal pieces to hold it all together.  (unfortunately I couldn't load more photos of the back for some reason)  The angel was just hand drawn, jigsawed painted and brad-nailed on.
     
    I ended up making another for a friend, which was also glued as well as nailed, with several coats of poly varnish.  The first has yet to be varnished!

    It's been out in the winter weather for a couple seasons (6 weeks each), with lights strung around it, indoors the rest of the year and it still looks rusticly great.
