I used a single pallet board and upcycled it into this pumpkin for a seasonal display. I cut three pieces 12 inches long. I chose one side and drew the eyes, nose and mouth. I used a Ryobi cordless drill and drilled two holes on each section to be cut out. Using Ryobi cordless jig saw I cut each eye, nose and the mouth. Before assembling I painted the inside yellow, then I formed the triangle with the three boards using hot glue and Ryobi 18 gage nail gun. I then traced the bottom inside and the top outside to make the bottom and the top. The bottom I glued and put a single 3/4 nail in each side. I used a scrap from cutouts and glue to the top to make the stem. I then painted the outside the colors to resemble a pumpkin. You could also do a ghost or even Santa, its versatile.
