I was looking for a creative way to hide a bed in my basement, using a Murphy bed as inspiration.
The bar top is approximately 1.5 inches taller than a standard bar. The bed fits a six inch twin mattress.
As far as my Ryobi tools, I used the 18v HP+ compact drill/driver (x2), 18v circular saw, 18v pin nailer, 18v palm router. Other tools included a miter daw, table saw and pocket hole jig.
For those of you wondering about the vent. It’s ductless and provides a feeder for the furnace room. I added an additional duct on an adjacent wall to compensate.
