My wife asked me to build a photo prop plane for our son's first birthday and she showed me some pictures of what she was thinking about. They were pretty much a wooden box with two boards sticking out as the "wings". I did not like how simple and boring it look so I went outside the box and built something that resembled more of an actual biplane. It took me almost 40 hours from start to finish and I used just about every ryobi tool I own, but I think it came out pretty good... oh and Mateo (my son) LOVES IT!
