I moved into my shop space last October and have been slowly building it out between projects. Since moving in we have built our 4x8 workbench, our table saw out feed table, planer cart, smaller workbench (replaced the melamine top), storage shelf, wall wood storage rack and put up pegboard. We chose the location for the history, originally the factory building was the a barber chair factory and was the first factory building in STL of its size. My space in particular was the office of local moulding company and all the numbers on the wall were all their custom knives, we've spotted up to space 1500! Moving out of the backyard and into a proper shop space was a huge upgrade and has really expanded out building capabilities.

  • Wow, what a nice setup. The building architecture and history seems like a great inspiration for creativity. I'm envious of all the space and the ability to work on multiple projects at once. Looking forward to seeing more projects coming out of your shop.

  • Currently I'm working on a vanity, a set a pipe shelves, and two tables sets with matching benches and chairs. Next up is a live edge walnut table and bench. Additionally, I've been playing around with making beard combs with exotic cutoffs I found in a clearance bin.
