Giant Jenga -
When my daughter got married they wanted to have some yard games available so that guest could entertain themselves between the Service time and Dinner. So this is one of the things we came up with.
Material:
(6) 8' 2x4 OR
(5) 10' 2x4
Cut 10 1/2 inch lengths from these boards - 8' yields 9 boards and the 10' yields 11 boards
Next step you can paint or decorate to your liking. Use the ends and sides of the boards to display your favorite theme. If you want to make an extra zing to the game, add some funny quotes or to-do's on the boards so that when that is pulled out the player has to read or do whatever it says on the board.
Setup:
Be sure that the setup area has plenty of room. Start by placing 3 boards side by side, rotate the next three boards on top of the first board. Do this till you have all pieces stacked.
Rules: You will have to google the rules as there are varying rules out there. Choose the one you like the best to play with.
As you can see these boards were a fun game for the kids to use to make things and stack as well.
