I was asked to build a set of eight tasting flight boards and thought it would be a fun project. I purchased cherry, maple and walnut and watched a few videos and got started. I decided to use up all the wood and make as many as I could. I ended up with the 8 flight boards, 7 small cutting/cheese boards, a few small square "citrus" boards and two large 18x24 & 20x24 boards. I cut the juice drips with an adjustable jig I made and used my router and circle inlay template for the tasting flights.
