I decided to build a shoe bench because I was tired of my family throwing their shoes all over the house, and it worked..they actually use it. I have to say this is one of the easiest projects I have done. It seems that I never learn to measure twice, cut once would be my only down fall with this project when it came to the area where you put the shoes. This is the perfect starter build for the beginner. My husband says I need to stop building because we are running out of room in our home.
