For Mothers Day I made this tray to distract from my lackluster cooking skills. It is simple a pine 1X3 with lattice pieces for the tray. Run the full length of 1X3 through a table saw (or router with 5/16 straight bit) at the about 1/3 from the top of the tray, that allows room to ide the handle screws in the bottom. Stain and poly. “Distressing” was done with a hammer, screwdriver, screws, and nail head for wormhole look, all random except for the last image. This is not hard but takes time to stain and poly. A second set of hands (or large clamps) would have been nice assembling since I glued the grooves and used no nails.
