I was looking for a bench and decided to go to Habitat for Humanity. I found a very nice piece of milled cherry wood. I cut it up built a great bench! I also added a couple hangers and lag bolts. It is the most beautiful piece of wood and it works very well with my computer desk that was also hand built. I will be taking it outside when the weather becomes warmer. Many hours spent on sanding and conditioning. Finished with 6 coats of polyurethane for added sheen and protection.
