Beautiful work, and beautiful material! It's great that you chose a finish that enhances the natural color of the cherry wood. What would you say was the biggest challenge about this project?

Biggest challenge was getting the doors to match the sliders. it took some extra work with the table saw to shave off a bit on the sides in order to accommodate the sliders but the end result was awesome. like it much better with the soft close sliders than the usual bumpy sliders.

400+ votes in a day, with no construction pics? Youve been busy.

I only have a couple construction photos. Raw boards were taken and shaped to fit each area. Sure I followed Ana white in design but I had to adjust. As far as why no construction pics, I am not a photo person as obvious from the few a did post. Lots of people told me to enter this contest so I did. Thanks for commenting.

I did some research and It's called http://voterequests.com/contest/ryobi/ check it out. This is how the votes are coming in. It that cheating??? Well I guess it's all on how a person interprets. Good Luck Ryobi on figuring this out.

@TROYman - I'm sorry to think that you think I cheated. I entered my pallet project the very first week of August (in fact I think i was the first to enter my project in that contest) and with 31 days in August I managed to get around 550 votes total. If you calculate that out that is approximately 18 votes per day. So are you saying I don't have 18 followers or friends that can vote for me? I posted my project challege per contest rules on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram each week. You can verify this by going to each site and looking for #Ryobipalletchallenge or by looking up my name; FB and Twitter name is rchampine and my Instagram is rchampinsta. Also if you look at my profile here I have several projects listed, why would I do that if I am a cheater. I have resided myself to that fact that haters are going to hate....and you must be a hater of me. I'm okay with that becuase I know I'm not. I also look at lots of project posted and have voted for thse as well, again, I'm not sure why if I'm a cheater. But if that is your definition...okay so be it. I just know that sir I am not. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day.

@TROYman - you have my name in your comment above silly!! "this explains why you (barbara, and rchampine) have ridiculous amount of votes as well.". Do you think I don't read comments? I honestly think you are here trying to cause problems but it don't bother me. I'm just trying to answer what you are putting out there. Hope this clears things up for you. Have a good day.

Well @TROYman I now see why your posts were confusing to me. You think me RCHAMPINE is TWEBER0318. Well I can assure you I am not, and yes RYOBI folks are no dummies and they will figure all this out. Sad part about you TROYman is that you hide behind these post and rant about something that you don't have all the facts about. I have given you a ton of proof who I am and at this point I don't really care who you think I am. I joined RYOBI over a year ago and have posted my projects because I am proud of them, and I enjoy seeing what others have accomplished and feel as though I have been left very support message for those others. I have looked at your profile and the comments that you have made are nothing but unsupportive, which makes me wonder why your profile was even created. But i'm not going to judge that. Maybe in the future RYOBI will take a look at revamping their contests rules by not showing the voting numbers or maybe only allow one vote per project per registered voter for that contest. - Which "in my opinion" may be a good solution all around. But whatever they choose to do, this company RYOBI has been nothing but supportive to me by replying good things on my projects, my FB posts, my Instagram posts and my tweets.....and that is what I will take away from this. I hope you have a great day.

What actually, "kills a nice and fun contest" is people like you who spread negativity across something that is supposed to be nice and fun itself. Maybe if you were more supportive and friendly you yourself would get as much recognition and votes as they both get. (;
