    • Do you have any plans for this project
      By Puk73, on July 7, 2015
      • Where can I purchase plans?
        By rawest50, on March 26, 2019

    • May be a stupid question, but how (with the grill where it is) do you prevent the cedar from becoming charred over time? Thanks, and by the way, very nicely done :)
      By GLlinas1972, on July 7, 2015

    • Not out all. I been looking for a perfect design for a sound for a charcoal grill and only find plans for profane grills. It's always been my concern with the wood catching fire.
      By Puk73, on July 8, 2015

    • I should have plans up soon. As for the concern over burning or charring the wood I have heard it a lot in the coarse of building haha. I took careful consideration in lining the areas where they would be in close quarters and lined it with 1/16th aluminum stock... not a perfect barrier but has proven to reflect most of the heat.
By Ellsswhere, on July 8, 2015

    • Looks great. However I heard you brother-in-law dominates all things grilling!
By jgough, on July 9, 2015

    • Awesome dude!

By MillerTime, on December 3, 2017
      • thank you for that btw Rachel lol
By Ellsswhere, on December 7, 2017

    • Look at those first two photos. You should drop a link in there about who shot those 'wink'
By LaurenLeen, on December 3, 2017

    • How did you seal the butcherblock? I would worry it could warp/swell
By Art Fin, on December 4, 2017
      • I had the same concern but the underlying butcherblock is beech which is pretty hard and 3 coats of sealcoat(shellac) and 4 coats of poly should hold up for some time. I made sure to do every side so moisture couldn't creep in
By Ellsswhere, on December 7, 2017

    • Great job and you don't have to bug me about voting. I just did.
By mrpip, on December 7, 2017
      • Thanks! I voted on your mitersaw station. Mainly so I could remind myself I want to build one lol

    • Really awesome job on this Reno! We like the modern look you gave it! And beautiful job on the vanity!
By RYOBI NATION, on August 9, 2018
      • Thank you I wanted to try to make it simple and clean.
By Ellsswhere, on August 29, 2018

    • You do some amazing work.  That concrete work on the sink really looks professional.  Tell me I'm not the only one that would take weeks to do a project like this.  Ok, I would probably be months.  Great job!
By mrpip, on August 9, 2018
      • It certainly took some time ha. I tend to plan these projects a month out from an event like a birthday so I have to get it done before we have company over. Really puts your nose to the grindstone.
By Ellsswhere, on August 29, 2018

    • I would love to see how you did that concrete sink! I have been trying to watch videos on how countertops are made. Great work
By MillerTime, on August 11, 2018
      • I had a hard time finding reliable info on the process. Google search 'GFRC from scratch' and that general mix from fishstone is what I used. This was my first go and I would do some things differently but its a learning process.
By Ellsswhere, on August 29, 2018

    • The colors are beautiful. The blues and whites next to that warm wood is pretty!
By PlantaLilly, on August 12, 2018
      • The color choices were all the wife but thank you!
By Ellsswhere, on August 29, 2018

    • Ima have to steal the idea for the custom vanity
By Wilkinsin, on August 12, 2018
      • Thank you it is all yours. Simple boxes.
By Ellsswhere, on August 29, 2018

    • That medicine cabinet is great. Did you try a frame around the mirror? I think it might add a little more to it
By Debbee, on August 23, 2018
      • Oddly enough after living with it for awhile now I agree with you. The wife said it looked a little unfinished.
By Ellsswhere, on August 29, 2018

    • I agree with mrpip. I imagine this took some time to put together. The warmth of the wood is very inviting.
By WallyWorld, on August 24, 2018
      • Thank you. I tried for a cherry look. In hindsight I should have just used cherry lol
By Ellsswhere, on August 29, 2018

    • Nice work! Love that concrete sink!
      By coreyschaaf1, on August 24, 2018
      • Thank you. It was a labor of love.
By Ellsswhere, on August 29, 2018

    • That herringbone marble floor looks amazing!
By Basinnetti, on August 28, 2018
      • Appreciate the kind words. I actually had to cut every piece from larger tiles so it was a little time consuming.

    • We're big fans of this design, and we're sure the kiddos love it too! It looks like something you would pay big bucks for from a retailer. So glad you made this special piece yourself. It's got to be fun to spin!
