Just want to give a big THANKS! to the awesome people at Ryobi Nation for the great swag you sent! Being a small business owner I understand and appreciate the small things that you do for your customers. Those are the things that make your business ethics stand out and shows that each customer is special and not just another entry in a ledger. You already had a loyal customer, now you have the respect of a loyal customer and I am proud to display your name in my shop and on the job sites. 
   When I first decided to go into business for myself and open my shop I had only a few tools. I was at a construction site meeting with the head contractor in charge of building a major retail store walking through the structure. He had hired me to build some cabinet enclosures for some electronics. As I walked past numerous carpenters, electricians and such I noticed a lot of Ryobi tools being used. Later I spoke with one of the workers and he extolled the virtues of the Ryobi tools used on the job. Basically, they are hard working professional grade affordable tools for those that don't feel they have to be seen with the big name tools at often 3 times the price. I've been sold on Ryobi since and each tool I buy simply confirms my faith in  your products.
