Solid build! What stain did you use on this?

Used Thompson’s Water Seal Clear Stain. Really brought out the wood grain.

Great table and nice stain. Detailed instructions on how to build this can be found on Kreg's website: https://learn.kregtool.com/plans/cedar-patio-table/

Wow, such an amazing transformation! Great job on this renovation. Do you have any advice for others seeking to take on a similar basement project?

Measure everything out and plan to have some spare pieces. We thought we could just build the wall and set it up and be done but with the floor not being perfectly level it was measure each stud to fit in. And if your a single person doing it get a drywall jack it saves your back and a ton of time while it holds it tight on the wall or ceiling for you. Flooring we went with life proof vinyl plank flooring since it's water proof you'll need a miter saw for that but clips in nice and if the basement would ever flood I don't have to replace the floor.

Beautiful work! Do you make a lot of cutting boards?

I have tried a couple. This is the first time I used my hand planer and it worked out great just had to do some sanding at the end to even it out. Also the first time I used the trim router for the juice lines learned I have to make smaller passes to get a better cut. Live and learn. Came out great looking though with the Maple and Purpleheart wood

What a great idea to add a mirror to the closet door! Awesome job, @Chicob29!

Thanks Ryobi Nation. Mirror did shake a little opening and closing so I added some shims behind the mirror clips and now it's nice and quiet. Found the plan online and gave you a general idea on what he did. Just had to measure to get the right board width and then different bolts for the sliding hardware the ones that came with it we're for a bigger depths.
