Hello. I too vote for this project daily. I think it's awesome. I recently built one myself but didn't upload it into the competition because I saw this one first and didn't want to "copy" even though the plans I followed included a drawer. I was trying to be respectful to Archer00555. I'm "peg board man" except that I'm a woman with limited knowledge of building things, but I still give it my best shot.

I appreciate your project to the max, but it would also be good sportsman like if your friend g.ash would not put negative comments on others projects. This is all in good fun and negativity isn't needed. Good luck to you also.

I seem to comment on all of these types of organizers. Have you, or did you, consider hanging this with a French cleat? Essentially cut a 6-10 inch wide 3/4 inch board or ply with the table saw blade at 45 degrees. Then hang one half, now 3-5 inches, with the shorter with facing the studs and up and attach it to the studs. Last attach the other half of the board with short side facing the back of the organizer and down and attach it to organize. The two 45 degree angles make an EXTREMELY strong mounting surface. I have a 48 inch version with 3 shelves that holds 15+ tools, 10 plus batteries and 3 chargers. Weighs ~250lbs and never worried about it falling! Just an idea😉. I use French cleats as much as possible. It's how house cabinets are traditionally mounted. My description is probably sub par. Google "French cleat" and there are millions of articles. Good looking organizer! Cheers
