  • (2) 1” SQUARE DOWELS (8FT LONG)
  • 3/4” PINE WOOD PROJECT PANEL (16”X48” MINIMUM)
  • 2″ WOOD SCREWS
  • SAFETY GLASSES
  • PENCIL
  • BRAD NAILS

Project Steps

1. Step: 1

   Bottom tier: - (1) 14”x14” pine wood panel - Posts: (4) 1” square dowel cut to 16 3/8” length each with a 9° miter AND a 9° bevel cut on each end - Frame piece: (4) 1” square dowel cut to 7 ⅛″ long with 9º miter angle and bevel back to zero

2. Step: 2

   Middle Tier: - (1) 11”x11” pine wood panel - Posts: (4) 1” square dowel cut to 13” length each with a 12º miter AND a 12º bevel cut on each end - Frame pieces: (4) 1” square dowel cut to 3 7/8” length wither 12º mitered end and bevel at zero

3. Step: 3

   Top Tier: - (1) 3” x 3” pine wood panel - (1) 8”x8” pine wood panel - Posts: (4) 1” square dowels cut to 10” length each with a 15º miter and 15º bevel on each end
