  • Very cool idea and execution. I might try making a smaller one with my new Ryobi tool. Eric

  • I like the simple design.

    • Thanks Jeff, I just looked at your projects, you are very talented. :)

  • There is nothing better than having a nice organized garage. Every time I allow my garage to become a mess, I wind up finding tools I forgot I had when I do decide to clean it up. The same would apply to paint. You forget you had a green, so you go buy one, only to find the old one later.

    • You get me then! This has been my struggle. ;)
By My Altered State, on May 27, 2016

  • What an awesome paint organizer. This would be perfect for our garage.

  • What a great way to show all the cans. Currently mine are all in a shelf but it's hard to see what colors I have, this would eliminate that.
    By ginger_rose_126257, on September 2, 2016

  • Sweet project and love all the details. This could be adapted to SO many storage ideas, thank you!!! ~ Christina in FL

  • I wood love to try Tools
    By Jeffypop6, on November 9, 2015

  • I am going to try to make these this week. I'd like to make 3-4 as Gifts for people at Christmas.
By Mike Mercer, on November 16, 2015

  • I was able to make 6 of these; and they're going to make great Christmas Presents this year. I used 1x4's, instead of 1x6's, and I only used 3 instead of 4. I then added candles from the local Dollar Store. ( The candles were in small glass votives, like yours ). I also managed to get some great handles in the Hardware section of the local Dollar Store as well, to complete this project. Thanks again for the great inspiration, on such an easy-to-do project!
By Mike Mercer, on November 19, 2015

  • What size hole was drilled out for the votives? The direction's don't say.
    By cbstrother_130147, on November 24, 2015

  • Buy the votives you want to use and drill them according to the diameter. Some are bigger than others and depending on the size of your table you may want to make it longer.

  • Hi! Looks amazing. Question: Can I use the same wood for all the pieces, and distinct it by painting it differently? Will it work?
By Avi Tsadok, on November 10, 2015

  • Super cute! This is exactly what I was thinking I needed this year for my cards. Thanks!
    By MrsMike97, on November 14, 2015

  • That is stunning.
By ScaryCheri, on November 19, 2015

  • I've searched everywhere and can't find the cut list or exactly how many ceder fence boards and furring strips to buy? I see the materials list but nothing mentioned about the lumber
