Step: 1
Measure and make cuts from the cut list using your circular saw:
(1) 11-3/4" x 11-3/4" piece plywood
(2) 29-1/2" (1x2x10)
(12) 10-1/4" (1x2x10)
Step: 2
Lay (1) 29-1/2" piece on its side. Using wood glue, attach (2) 10-1/4" pieces, one to the top, and one to the bottom, as if you are creating a frame. Use wood glue to attach (4) more 10 1/4" pieces in the middle of the 29-1/2" piece, evenly spaced from each other. Let dry for a few minutes.
Step: 3
Apply wood glue to the ends of the 6 pieces, and attach the second 29 1/2" piece. This will look like a ladder. Let dry for a few minutes.
Step: 4
Drill pilot holes into each rung, and fasten with wood screws
Step: 5
Next, you'll create the bottom frame: Take (1) 10 1/4" piece, and use wood glue to attach (2) 10 1/4" pieces, to either end, on the inside of the top piece. Drill a pilot hole from above into each side, then fasten together using wood screws
Step: 6
REPEAT the above step to create the TOP Frame
Step: 7
Apply wood glue to the outward facing ends of the frame, and slide into place at the bottom of the ladder.
Step: 8
Drill a pilot hole on either side where you attached the frame, and fasten with wood screws.
Step: 9
Now attach the table top panel. Apply wood glue to the top frame, and secure tabletop by drilling pilot holes and fastening screws.
Step: 10
Apply wood filler to all exposed screws, and use your orbital sander to remove excess, dried wood filler.
Step: 11
Finish to your heart's desire, and enjoy!
